1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pkjl may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of pkjl Casino services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

pkjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

pkjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pkjl reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

You may close your pkjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue to apply after account closure.

13 Dispute Resolution

pkjl aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pkjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkjl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the pkjl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkjl's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pkjl operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
